I achieved my L1 Cert, and now I’m currently working on my L2 Cert. We launched at MDARS which is out in the Mojave Desert, its a small launch facility with a couple launch pads, but on the day of my launch it was really windy with 20mph gust which led to a kind of hard recover as my rocket wasn’t equip with GPS tracking and the wind really took it away when my main parachute was deployed. We eventually found it. The stats of my flight are listed on the side, I was able to sneak in a flight tracker into my nosecone to record highest altitude, and high speed. This was a really fun experience.
