Machining pictures taken professionally

We primarily used manual machining to manufacture the bulkheads, which ended up being very time-consuming. Looking back, we should have pushed more for CNC machining.

Each time we repositioned the part or moved between spindles, we had to verify that everything remained concentric, which was a tedious process and took up a significant portion of our time. We also made a few mistakes when using jigs to create the radial bolt pattern. In hindsight, I could have used a rotating vise on a mill instead, although it may have taken more setup time.

Given more time, I would approach the process differently and take greater care in refining the details, as there are definitely areas where we could have improved and tightened up the final result.
