Most of the parts were 3d modeled before hand I just decided to make a full assembly and subassembly’s with some hardware to mimic what the rocket would really look like in CAD.
Everything on this rocket is made of simple materials just 3D prints, cardboard tubs, and laser cut wood for the fins and bulkheads, everything is put together with epoxy and some superglue.
Nosecone: The nosecone is responsible for deploying after the rocket is around apogee. The eyebolt is added there to attach to the shock cord which is attacked to the parachutic and rest of the rocket.
Fine & Engine Inner Housing: This part of the rocket is responsible for holding all the fins, shock cord and engine together using epoxy. Another thing that is important from this system is that it allows for our exit charge to flow through our rocket letting our nosecone to deploy
